Awakening Your Leadership Presence Oct 20-22, 2017

  • Are you a leader and a seeker longing to integrate the two – and consistently lead from your deepest place?
  • Do you want to step into greater leadership roles but lack the confidence or courage?
  • Are you trying to guide and influence others but find you aren’t succeeding?
  • Do you find yourself in leadership roles you didn’t ask for and you must rise above your own ambivalence?
  • Is it in your heart to be a Sufi teacher, but you feel hesitant?

In this workshop, you will:

  • Gain a better understanding of your presence as a leader and what happens when you get triggered by stress or fear.
  • Learn a model of leadership presence that helps you explore how to more deeply relax into your heart and stand in your truth. The more you stand in your truth, the more confident you can be, the more beauty comes through you and the more others can feel your heart.
  • Explore 4 core leadership dispositions, how they reflect the prophets, and how you naturally exhibit them.
  • Draw from the spirits of the prophets to explore the unique leadership disposition that your life, and heart, are calling for right now and develop a plan for awakening and stepping into it.
  • Leave with heart-based strategies for being a centered, confident, and resilient leader in any situation.

Who is this for?

Leadership is often defined as any attempt to influence the behavior of others.  This workshop is for all of us who lead and influence every day – in our families and our communities, as well as at work – and who want to lead from a holy place.
Do you lead a scout troop?  Are you hoping to step into Sufi teaching? Are you a committee chair or involved in a volunteer committee of some kind?  If so, you are leading and this course is for you!  Most especially it is for those of us who are quiet leaders, reluctant leaders, and under-utilized leaders.  All seekers are welcome!
